Shipping Policies.

I sell 3 kinds of products in my online shop:
  1. Items we keep in stock in the studio and ship directly to you. We pack and ship each of these orders ourselves. This includes: prints, stickers, and ceramics.
  2. Items that are printed-on-demand, or POD, (after you order) through our production partner:  Printful. We do this to increase our sustainability, reduce waste, and decrease the fashion industry's environmental impact. (Did you know that 85% of all textiles produced by the industry end up in landfills? For more transparency, you can read more on Printful’s site.) This includes: shirts, laptop sleeves, and notebooks.
  3. Digital items. These items are emailed directly to you once purchased or completed (in the case of commissions). 

Due to this, orders that include multiple items may be shipped separately at no extra cost. For example, if you order a shirt and a sticker: your shirt will be shipped from our production partner Printful, and we will personally ship your sticker. Additionally, Printful may ship your items separately. They have several locations around the world to help get your items to you more quickly and efficiently. Around 78% of Printful orders are delivered in the same region they’re fulfilled. Strategically located fulfillment centers allow for faster shipping times, lower shipping costs, and reduced CO₂ emissions.

Stickers are shipped for free (without tracking) within the continental US via USPS. Orders that only include stickers, will be shipped in an envelope with a stamp - this is the most cost-effective and efficient method for small items. However, this does mean stickers Do Not come with tracking. If you need tracking for whatever reason, email us and we can discuss the additional cost and arrange delivery.

When will my order get to me?
Prints, Stickers, & Ceramics: Please allow 2-5 days for us to pack and ship items that we ship personally - this includes prints, stickers, and ceramics. We generally ship via UPS or USPS, and you can expect your purchase to arrive 2-5 days after it is shipped (not accounting for any carrier delays). For tracked orders, you’ll receive a tracking number via email once shipped. 

Apparel and Other POD Products: Products that are printed on demand will ship from Printful. These items take 5-10 business days to print (7 days on average), then 5-7 days for US orders to arrive. We acknowledge that in our fast-paced "Prime" reliant world, this may seem like a long time. However, think of print-on-demand items as slow fashion: they are made especially for you and produced sustainably to minimize waste and environmental impact. We think that's worth the wait. 

Do you ship outside of the US? 
Due to global instability and complicated taxes and shipping costs, the only international orders we are currently accepting are for stickers. If you live outside of the US and are interested in buying a print or other product, please email us and we'll see what we can do. Thanks for your patience with this!​

Will you combine shipping if I buy multiple items?
Yes! We will combine shipping and refund fees where applicable. If you have any questions, please email us.

What’s your return policy?
In general, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Apparel and Other POD Products: If you receive a print-on-demand item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please email us within 2 weeks of the delivery date. We can then start the return or exchange process with Printful. If your print-on-demand product gets lost in transit, please email us within 2 weeks of the estimated delivery date. We can then file a claim with Printful on your behalf. 

Ceramics: If an item arrives broken, please email us within 48 hours of the delivery date, and include photos of the broken piece and box it was shipped in. If you accidentally break a piece that’s already in your possession, Sara may be able to remake it for you, but you’ll have to pay for the new piece and shipping.

Do you accept order cancellations?
No, we do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed. However, if you quickly realize you purchased the wrong design or size, or have given us the wrong address, and the purchase has Not yet been fulfilled or shipped, email us within 24 hours and we will be happy to adjust your order. 

My order is missing, now what?
If your order hasn't arrived within a few days of the estimated delivery date, and the address you gave us is correct, try these steps:
  1. If you live in an apartment complex, check with your leasing office and/or neighbors. 
  2. If the item seems lost, contact USPS or UPS directly. They can help you locate misdelivered or undelivered packages.
  3. If the shipper confirms your order is lost or stolen, email us.

​As a small business, we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages, and unfortunately we cannot fully reimburse you for stolen items. However, we know how much the situation sucks, so we’d like to help how we can: send us an email and we’ll send you a partial refund.

Please make sure your info is correct before placing an order! We will ship your purchase to the address you give us, so if you give us the wrong address, there’s not much we can do to fix the situation after the fact.
